Any idea what this rash could be?

I've got a doctors appointment for my daughter soon but I was wondering if this looks like a viral or allergic reaction rash? Any ideas would be really appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Apparently it's an allergic reaction so antihistamine and cold cream should sort it out. She's already looking better but I'm glad I went to be sure.
