Unsettled 10 week old

My 10 week old had gone from a happy little baby to out of sorts. She also sometimes cries and wriggles a lot when breastfeeding 💔
Can anyone offer me any advice? Thank you.

does she have any reflux / silent reflux
allergies? Sounds like she’s in discomfort while feeding .

Tongue tie, fast letdown, allergies and reflux would be the things I would look at.

For my daughter it was allergies, reflux and a little bit due to fast let down. Doing leaned back feeds helped a little bit tackling her allergies and reflux was where we saw the biggest improvement
