Is this conjunctivitis?

My daughter has a runny nose and her right eye is a bit red and she keeps getting a little of a yellow pus like substance

She seems ok in herself and we've had a normal day but should I be worried?

Also she and preschool tomorrow, should I keep her off?

Take her to the pharmacy. Or if you're really worried and it's been a few days, GPW.

Meanwhile wash her eye(s) with cooled boiled water and cotton wool (a fresh piece for each wipe and each eye). Do it regularly a few times a day!

My little ones pre-school say they have to have a prescription eye drops if it is conjunctivitis in order to attend, otherwise it's stay home.
