4 year old suddenly needing to pee at night

4 year old DD has been dry at night since she potty trained at 2.5 years and slept though the night without needing the toilet. In the last week, she's started to wake at night needing a wee. She's not increased her weeing during the day and she's not increased the amount she drinks either. We've always joked she's got an iron bladder as she never needed to wee first thing but would do a huge wee about an hour after she woke.
My sister is a paramedic so I'm going to get her to test a urine sample in case she has an infection but has anyone else had any experience like this?

She's been tested and doesn't have an infection.
