My husband and I are being moved to an army based 40 minutes away from my daughter's father. I'm also pregnant with my second child. I've asked my daughter's father if we can move DD to a school in between us as he arranged 50/50. He originally said yes but now says no as it's inconvenient for his wife to take our daughter to a bus stop for 7:30 that's ten minutes from their house. For the last two years, we've been expected to drive an hour to school which has been completely exhausting for both of us.
He's now told me I can't even take her to look at the school, and he doesn't want her to move. What are my rights? He does little to no parenting for her, his wife does the majority of it. Despite them fighting for 50/50. Has anyone been in a similar situation? I feel completely defeated again and incredibly nervous about how I'm ever going to be able to work/parent and not be mentally exhausted if she continues to go to school and hour away from me.
