Hi I wonder could anyone help. My older son has now come to live with me but still goes back to his dad's some nights in the week.
I have applied for his child benefit which is being process but for universal credit they want ID for example passport etc along with a note from his doctors with my name and address on it.
We share custody and I don't want to move my child's doctors as we are both happy with it.
Would I still be allowed the child element even with getting child benefit but not having my sons doctors in my name as too much hassle changing and it's convenient for both parties.
