My 11yo daughter is becoming very erratic, clearly it's hormonal and I've tried to help her navigate this. She cries and shouts anytime when we tell her off for anything. But for the past 3 days she started insulting me, I sent her to her room, remove all TV and other privileges. She calms down eventually and then something will trigger her anger and she starts insulting me again. I want to nip this in the bud but don't know how.
Help!
