Should I take the sleeping bag off? Help!

My 6.5 month old has just started sleeping with her bum in the air tonight and she has a sleep sack on.

Should I remove it? Or just keep it as it is? I'm worried she'll get stuck in the middle of the night.

She's still in her next to me in our room right by my side of the bed.

Now need to buy a bigger cot and have her in her own room! 😩

Why would you need to remove it? As far as I'm aware, there is nothing to worry about! Presuming it is a sleep sac with arms out not a swaddle bag!

If you don't feel ready to move on from having her right next to you, you can side-car a normal cot to the side of your bed (space saver ones exist if space is an issue). There is lots of information about this online.

It is the ones with the arms out. So it's completely safe.

We didn't use a sleep sack with my eldest. She preferred a blanket. Was just worried incase she got tangled in the middle of the night.

I sound ridiculous 😂

Thanks for the advice! I will definitely have a look!

Both of mine always slept with their bums in the air... no problem with the sleep sacks!

As long as they're correctly fastened with the poppers on their shoulders, it's not possible for the head to just slip down, I don't think.
