Lunch ideas for 14 month old

Hi my 14 month old little girl is a very fussy eater. Just looking for some lunch ideas that are quick and convenient. All recipe books and online list proper meals that require cooking which doesn’t seem possible when coming to and from baby groups/ fitting round nap times. Ideally looking for things that take less than 15 mins to throw together.
Also, what do you take out with you when going out over lunch time? My girl is such a messy eater and food always ends up smeared everywhere and on the floors. Are there any ‘cleaner’ things that can be packed to take out and about? Any recommendations appreciated, thank you.

If I need something quick for my 13 month old I do avocado and butter bean mash with pick up sticks like batons of pepper/cucumber and some toast fingers or crackers.
I do occasionally use the supermarket ready toddler meals too if I need something super quick.
Or we batch cook a healthy soup that can just be heated up in the microwave and do some mini sandwiches with it.

I have a few options in the freezer I can quickly defrost. The most popular with my fussy eater are egg muffins (with carrot, egg, cheddar and cottage cheese) and sweet potato tots (mashed sweet potato and carrot with some bread crumbs and cheese baked in the oven). Then I just add sone chopped avocado for example. The egg muffins work ok at room temp for out and about. Looking for more similar ideas as I feel I’ve done these to death but they do usually get eaten at least.

Left over pasta frozen in portions is a winner too.

Toast/crumpets with toppings - just discovered peanut butter and smashed berries which is a big hit! Not tried yet but pitta bread and houmous is supposed to be good, or lots of picky bits (boiled egg, cucumber/carrot/pepper sticks, rice cake etc) pasta - am just going to batch cook a bunch of sauces to throw in the freezer for this reason too.

I often give left over food from dinner.
quick ideas:
cheese omelett (w spinach if she will eat it)
little bits and bobs (cheese, cucumber, carrots, grapes, bread, cracker, veggie crisps, yogurt etc)
cream cheese wrap w veggie on side (cucumber, peppers)
orzo with peas and pesto
Pre-cook savoury muffins and freeze, defrost one for lunch

follow yummy little belly on insta, she has good ideas

Lentil omelettes are great - literally egg, strip of grated cheese, and little pile of cooked lentils. Red ones take 15 min to boil, and you can do a batch and fridge it until required.
