Ideas for birthday day out 11 yo boy?

Ds birthday coming up he is having a party for some friends but not on his actual birthday so would like to do something with him and us.

Any ideas? He is an only so it will need to be fun for us all or otherwise we will need to borrow a friend but I would rather not do that as it gets tricky choosing!

Axe throwing? Bowling and Nando's? Theatre trip?

Where are you? It’s hard to advise if we don’t know what is available to you.
Indoor climbing, cinema and a meal ?

Pizza and laser quest or similar. Bowling always goes down well too.

Ice skating, dry slope skiing, indoor climbing, go karting or VR centre followed by lunch or dinner out? Then a movie if you want to make it a full day thing.

My just turned 11 year old has requested go-karting as his birthday trip.

My 11 year old has requested a theatre trip for his birthday but he isn't very sporty so doesn't like anything like go-karting or climbing.
