size one fluffles - what clothes fit over them?

my 3 week old getting towards 8lb baby is getting on well with bumgenius in the day. I have got size one fluffles for her to wear at night, tried them last night for the first time and they looked great - but her vest and sleep suit wouldn't fit over the top! any ideas? buy a bigger size? or are there any brands that allow for a big fluffy bottom?

What you need are these www.twinkleontheweb.co.uk/acatalog/Nappy_Accessories.html

Baby vest extenders, they are brill. They are a strip of vest material about 4" long and have poppers on each end which you attach to the vest to make it longer. We would struggle without them, especially at night when DD wears a fluffle stuffed with a face cloth and a fleece wrap over the top (huge bum!)

I believe H&M clothes fit well and tesco larger sizes are supposed to but I have found them to be quite small so far, dd is only 3mo.

That website also sells cloths from cut4cloth, clothes which are bigger round the bum

Ditto on the vest extenders and maybe picking up a cheap pack of bigger size sleepsuits. I bought 7 at an NCT sale which have served me well. Also pjs are a good option for night-time as you can just buy em cheap and a bigger size! They fit much better over night nappies than sleepsuits, I found anyway. Whatever you get for night, it doesn't really matter if it looks awful as no-one ever sees them!

Tinkertogs do the cheapest specially-cut sleepsuits - I can vouch for the quality too

remember to look on ebay for tinkertogs / c4c stuff
