Sorry I know this has been posted before but I can not seem to find a direct yes or no answer. Does anyone know if you or your partner earns more than 100K a year you get zero hours if your child is between 9 months to 3 years? Even after the new policy from last year? Thanks!

Yes, that is right.
You have to wait to get the universal funded hours after the child turns 3.

Yes that is correct, if you live together. It is "net adjusted" so after pension contributions etc.

I don't believe they changed the thresholds with the new changes so 30 funded hours and the tax relief for childcare is lost over 100k taxable income
It you are close to the 100k. You could look at upping pension contributions so taxable income is under 100k.
