Teats

Hi all ♥️
I am wondering if anyone can advise me.
My baby is 12 weeks old and has been on mam teat 2 since 5 weeks old and was doing fine. Over the last 2 weeks I've noticed it's taking her ages to finish a bottle. 30 minutes to drink 4 oz and falling asleep on the bottle.
I thought maybe the flow is too slow.?
Now over the last two days she's been very fussy pulling away when feeding and screaming every time I put the bottle in her mouth. Is this a sign the teat is too fast ? I havent changed it. Its still number 2. Shes been very messy these last two days too. Milk is scilling out. Is this normal?
Can babies go back a teat? Or is she frustrated the flow is too slow ?

I found the differences in the mam teats to be quite significant! When I felt my kids were ready to move, the first few days on new teat were always awful! I remember going back and forth between them for a while - sleepier feeds, slower eg bedtime, overnight, we used the slower one. More alert, we worked on using the faster one. However, if milk is going everywhere it is likely still too fast. Are you using formula? We discovered some undissolved bits of formula blocking the teat sometimes, despite making it correctly. Maybe something to check.
