How to brush 11 month old teeth?

She has quite a few teeth front and bottom, it started really well. I would let her chew and hold toothbrush, then she would let me brush them..

But now, she clamps her mouth shut and i can't get anywhere near.

I have tried a sing song, distraction, letting her play with it ect. Tried different positions. She won't let me do it, after 10 mins of trying she starts kicking me and grabbing my hair to pull..

What do i do or try? I'm worried her little teeth will decay 😭😭

Have you tried putting the toothpaste on a teething toy and letting her chew it? No expert here at all but my hv said the main aim of brushing their teeth this young is to get the fluoride on their teeth, rather than giving them a proper brush. I feel your pain though as I have an 11m old and it’s hard!
