Advice about breast milk

I am a new parent with a 3 week old baby, can anyone help, how long can I leave out freshly pumped breast milk that had been in the fridge today and heated? My baby fell asleep and isn't interested in drinking the heated milk.

I would like to know as well , I have tried googling but couldn't find the answer

My midwife told me that you have 2 hours from when you reheat it before it needs to be disposed of

Kellymom has a useful chart on those here. It's different guidelines for EBM and formula as formula Dan contain some pretty nasty bacteria.
