What could this be?

Has anybody else’s LOs experienced this? She’s had it since birth really but hasn’t bothered her and always been under the skin she has it on her arms, cheeks and slightly legs. However, over the last 4 months it has really flared up- it doesn’t bother her at all however she keeps getting big spots like this that do hurt. Tried lots of moisturisers (aveeno, cerave, urea cream) but doesn’t seem to be getting better. Will go to the doctors but when she was little they said it was scans and gave some cream which made no difference. Can also see it more when cold. Any suggestions would be great!

Hi! Two of mine have eczema and have lots of little red spots at the tops of their arms. Not sure if they’re as a result of eczema however my other DS who doesn’t have it hasn’t got any. Occasionally they’ll scratch one and it’ll become infected. I put manukau honey strip on it with a plaster over and it draws out the infection (manukau honey strips available on Amazon) x
