My 10 week old is mostly breastfed apart from 1 bottle of formula at bedtime which we have done since 3 days old. He used to poo literally for every nappy but recently it’s just stopped & he seems really uncomfortable. He had his jabs 2 weeks ago, and didn’t poo for a few days, then did a massive explosion. He last poo’d on Wednesday and is seeming to be in discomfort today.
Any ideas what I can do to help him?
