My body feels broken!

I have 2 kids. A 9 month old and a 3 year old. I’m on maternity leave. I was really fit before child 1. I have a physical job and I exercised and ate well.

2 children has broken my body! One of my knees chronically hurts and feels unstable. It feels like I’ve permanently done a thousand squats from getting up and down off the floor usually holding a baby. My pelvic floor is neglected and I have a small prolapse after a dodgy birth. I can’t keep weight on but I have a saggy tummy. My boobs are like sad old socks from breastfeeding. My back hurts permanently from lifting and carrying. My arms hurt from holding. I have permanently sore eyes for god knows what reason!

I take a multivitamin and try and eat well. I get a shit ton of exercise as I don’t drive (I think this is part of the problem). My sleep is rubbish but that’s life with a baby.

Am I missing something or is this just life with pre school aged kids!? I feel like I’m 104 not 34!
