Formula milk confusion..

I know this sounds silly... but im confused..

So I have made a formula bottle.. left it out for just under 2 hours un-used then put it in the fridge..

I've now taken it out the fridge and warmed it up..

How long can I keep it out now before using?

I'm sure it's an hour.

To my understanding, they can be out of the fridge for 1 hour (I'm sure NHS website says 2) so I personally wouldn't use it as it's already had its room temperate time. I'd get another bottle ready instead. Hope that helps!

It's 1 hour if the baby has started drinking it and probably more like 2 hours if they haven't had a drink from it

@demdementedpixie I mean if I kept it out for 2 hours then I put it in the fridge..when I take it out the fridge how long can I keep it out for if he doesn't want it yet?
