Tummy big advice for my 1 year old!

Just looking for reassurance/advice as I’m a first time mum and new to all this! My little one was throwing up Friday/Saturday morn & had diarrhoea since Saturday evening until today. Naturally I know he’s going to be tired, but as we’re on the 4th day now I wondered roughly how long can these things take to pass? He’s so tired, waking for an hour or so then wanting to sleep again. He’s drinking his fluids and eating a very small amount. Any tips welcome!!

Poor baby (& you!) Is he passing urine regularly? Food doesn't matter so much as long as he's getting fluids in, he'll eat properly again once he's feeling better. Is he difficult to wake/drowsy or just very tired?

i believe so, I can only go off when I’m changing his nappies which is quite regularly because of his diarrhoea. But I feel like he’s definitely weeing as usual. He’s drinking lots of water & I’ve been giving him rehydration sachets for his salts/blood sugars in a syringe (they’re suitable from age of 1 and he’s 14 months). He seems a bit better now in the sense where he’s awake, toddling around and eating a bit, but his eyes just look so tired bless him. He’s not difficult to wake no x
