Anyone got the Joolz Aer plus?

We’re looking to get a new stroller for a toddler and I like the look of the Joolz Aer but haven’t seen it IRL. The thing that worries me is the recline. Is it possible to do it without kneeling or crouching too much as I have dodgy knees? Also just a bit worried about how practical the recline is and whether you end up waking the child trying to do it if they have fallen asleep unexpectedly?

ps we don’t have sleeping in the buggy very often now as dd is older but still would like to know it’s ok for when it does happen! Won’t be an everyday thing though, or even every week.

My sister has it and it is truely an amazing stroller. To do the recline is very easy, even with one hand. Very robust, well built stroller but the foot extension needs to be bought separately I think.

I’m so glad you posted that @Angeldelight21 because I have just ordered it then saw I’d had a response! Phew

I just gone mine delivered yesterday and it’s better than I expected. It also looks quite comfy, my 1 year old is quite tall and fits great in it. The recline is easy enough.

That’s great Kniko! Mine also recently arrived, haven’t been out with it yet but looks good. The folding and unfolding is much better than our old Nuna triv.

We have it and have reclined it many times with baby asleep in it - and he's not an easy baby to get to sleep and keep asleep.

Inyournewdress · 10/02/2024 13:23

That is really good to hear @pinkpirlie, my dd is nearly three but seems to wake when I enter a 30 m radius of wherever she is!

@Inyournewdress my baby is only little still, so have the opposite problem. He generally only sleeps when physically attached to me 😭
But this pushchair he happily sleeps in. His previous newborn one, never slept once in it.

I have it. Haven’t tried changing the recline when the child is in it but it’s fine when they aren’t. The recline ia great in that it’s fully flat.
it’s a great pushchair.
alternatively the bugaboo butterfly is great and easy to change the recline on when the child is in there but it is only a partial recline.
