Apologies for the long post...
I feel like an idiot asking, but I honestly feel like there's something everyone else knows and I missed somewhere!
I've just been told that my 14 week old baby may have an intolerance to dairy, and I need to cut it from my own diet and we've been given special formula. I've been mostly breast feeding (usually expressed milk, sometimes actual breastfeeding) and topping up with formula when needed. I've been feeding on demand the whole time.
The two types formula I have, one says to boil the kettle, wait 30 minutes, then make up the milk; the other says to boil the kettle, then let it come down to room temp and then make the milk.
How am I supposed to know that far in advance that he's hungry? And what. About overnight? How do I do it?
So confused!
