My daughter is 8 month old and on 3 meals a day but the last few days she will go easily 5-6 hours without a bottle of milk. Is this normal when they are eating solids? I'm afraid she will becime dehydrated

I think having solids replace milk is what you are aiming for. Food contains water too, bu you can offer her water to drink if you like.

She won't drink the water 😂 I've read they should still be having 3 or 4 bottoes a day though so just panicking abit

There’s no need to panic, she is probably just getting enough liquids from the food she is eating and the milk she is having, but you can give her a few spoonfuls of water (but this might make her poo so careful with your timing).
She will cry if she is thirsty.
