Can 1 year old sleep in high neck? Stupid question?!

Hey guys! Im so sorry if this is the dumbest question ever! Is it okay for my 1 year old DS to sleep wearing a high neck shirt? It’s pretty cold today so he’s dressed in a high neck and I didn’t know?? I feel like this is the most stupid question 😂 I feel so dumb.

I don't think it's dangerous but I think it'd be hot and itchy.

My dd hated duvets at that age and we have a cold house, so we used to put her in oversized quilted joggers. Tu do some, I recommend them.
