How do I avoid getting sick with baby?

I have a 9 month old gorgeous baby girl. But we have been sick with back to back colds and nasty viruses for over 6 weeks. Both me and the baby. It’s really starting to get me down and feels like it will never end.

I’ve started taking vitamins, eating healthy, have been to the drs to check last one wasn’t chest infection. And trying to use baby wipes and hand sanitiser when attending baby classes etc.

Is there anything you’d recommend?
Should I stop socialising so we can just get well for a bit?

All the other mums seem happy. And I’m just sick as a dog all the time. :(

P.S. I do realise I am lucky to not be seriously ill.

I would have a week off socialising to give your body a break yes. And keep up with the vitamins.

Thanks I’ll try that. I think we went back too quickly when we weren’t fully better as we were bored. And then up all night baby crying coughing and nose streaming. Will give it a week of self isolation and ALL the vitamins. Probably just bad luck.
