Evening.
My daughter is 2 years 10 months old. Since Friday she has had a high temperature Friday didn’t go below 38 was having keeping topped up on calpol and nurofen.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday she only had a temperature in the morning and right before bed gave nurofen on both of these times. Last night her temperature was 39.2 gave nurofen and then in the morning it was 38 came down but then went back up again and it kept going up today more then it has don’t the past few days so it’s like she got better with her temperature then worse again.
Other than the temperature she is happy in her self although today she has been quite upset. She has also started going off her food since yesterday we saw that she’s got one ulcer on her lip near her gum. Yesterday she still ate a lot of food but she was very upset whilst eating. Today all she’s ate is 1 yogurt and 2 smoothies.
Thats a bit of back ground to how she’s been anyways tonight she has calpol at 6pm but a hour later her temperature was just rising so gave her nurofen, I’ve gone to check on her about 11:00pm and her hair was wet so I though I’d check her temperature (we’ve got a bruan ear thermometer that’s always been accurate) and her temperature is reading 35.6 it’s this normal? I was just worried because she’s sweating but her temperature is low.
I was going to go to the doctors in the morning anyways with her not eating and on day 5 of a temperate but the low temperature is worrying me a bit.
THANKS
