If you have a fussy eater who won't try things...

Obviously this won't apply to all children, those with specials needs and restricted diets what have you, I'm not saying it would work for all

But we have gone from our 4 year old being a good eater when younger to being so fussy for the past 1.5 years, won't even try things, wants pasta without sauce, makes us wash the curry sauce off chicken, won't try anything he doesn't already know.

Daniel Tiger, season 1 episode 16 about trying new foods. He sings a song about "we gotta try new food cause it might taste gooood!" Has changed my child 😂 he obviously still won't eat things he doesn't like it BUT he is trying everything. If he ever says no we just sing the song and he says "ok..." begrudgingly. But he now eats curry sauce, spag bol with the mince and sauce, he's tried lettuce and discovered he loves it weirdly, just eats leaves of lettuce like a rabbit now,

Anyway, it's genuinely got him eating so much new stuff. I don't know how it worked but it has! I wanted to share incase anyone else would have the same result Grin
