Hi, I need to go on a work trip for 10 days. I am starting to get anxious as i will be leaving my 8 month old baby at home in the UK with his dad. His dad has agreed to take 7 days off work so he will be with him most of the time and then for 3.5 days he will wfh and have a nanny come in to help. I would love to take the baby with me (and his dad) however I will be in a place where there is malaria and yellow fever. Will the baby be okay or should I see if I can cancel the trip?

Hi! I found this thread while searching for a similar topic. Do you mind telling me how it went? I am in a similar position and debating whether I should go on a work trip or renounce.

Hi! I took the baby with me. His dad came also. Was the best thing we ever did. Dad got
to be responsible for the baby whilst I worked and I breast fed when I could. We had him in long sleeves and long pants the whole
trip to prevent malaria . Really, it was the best decision.
