Weaning and omelette turned blue/green?!

FTM and weaning - trying out egg for the first time today with omelette. Egg looked fine when mixing, fine in the pan, fine when cutting omelette into strips, fine when baby had in hand but when he's dropped it onto table and I've picked it up to put back on plate, the omelette has a green/blue tint in some places.

Any idea what may have caused this? Nothing else on table around him. Trying not to freak out that he's ingested mould or anything so any ideas as to what it could be would be welcome!

It will just be over cooked egg yolk! It goes a green/grey colour when heated for a while due to a reaction. Perfectly safe to eat and won’t cause any harm. Just maybe cook for slightly less next time ☺️
