Upright / 90 degrees pushchair recommendations

DS is 21 months and I'm looking to swap his hauck buggy for a new model that's more portable / easy to fold etc.
Since he was around 4 months old he's never fallen asleep in his buggy and instead is really keen to watch the world and see as much as possible.
Can anyone recomend a buggy / pushchair for that is closer to 90 degress when positioned upright - we never recline the seat and he's always pulling himself up on the belly bar to sit in a more upright position.
Hoping to get something that will be more suitable for future family days out when he's dropped his nap and he needs a break from walking.

The Bugaboo Bee has a seat that goes very upright. They are quite cheap secondhand now as they're being discontinued.

You could also try a sit up strap - just a simple strap that pulls the seat more upright. Doesn't work on all buggy designs though.
