Adding nutrition to meals

Looking for ways to boost toddlers nutrition as he can be a bit fussy. Thankfully he likes soups and porridge which are easy to add things to.

For example, I'll do porridge with grated carrot, mashed banana or grated apple and cinnamon. I'll add flax seeds or chia seeds into porridge and soups.

Any other ideas?

We do lots of nut butters in porridge and lentils in soups for some protein/iron. Pancakes made with just mashed banana, eggs and oats - can also add in some milled seeds and dip in natural yoghurt. Try following Charlotte Stirling-Reed - SR_nutrition on Instagram - she is a child nutritionist and also has a couple of books but lots of tips on Instagram on adding extras and making the most of meals

Thanks for the tip. He does like peanut butter but I've never thought to do it on anything but toast or rice cakes. Peanut butter and raspberry porridge would be a nice combination.
