Transitioning out of swaddle with startle reflex?

Hey all
was doing tummy time with my baby over the weekend and she did a roll from her front onto her back, she done it a couple times but haven’t seen her do it since.
i was told that as soon as they roll you need to stop swaddling, so I tried to go cold turkey as was worried she might start rolling in her sleep but because she still has her startle reflex she just kept waking herself up. She usually sleeps between 5-6 hours when swaddled but now is only doing a couple of hours here and there.
I was having to hold her arms down for the first half of the night to help her sleep, then I decided to swaddle and leave one arm out jusr to help her.

how on earth do you stop swaddling a baby who still has their startle reflex… any experience or ideas?
