One year old sickness bug

Hoping for some advice/reassurance!
my almost one year old started throwing up early hours Thursday morning, a lot! Through out the day she couldn’t keep her food/formula down so we were just giving her sips of water and food when she wanted it, Friday she was fine and wasn’t sick at all, by this point the bug has spread through out the family. Fast forward to tonight (Sunday) and she’s just thrown up again, all of her food, this is the first time in the last few days she’s finished a full jar of food, and within her self she’s been ok, happy, wet nappy’s, Diarrhoea which was expected. We all recovered within 24 hours, I’m just wondering is it normal for an infant to take so much longer? Have we just pushed her too far with her food portion tonight and that’s caused her to throw up again?
min a major emetaphobe so this is a hard one for me, and panicked with the thought of us all being sick again too?

My eldest ds used to be sick a couple of days after getting over a sickness bug. I think their immune systems aren't as strong as ours. Try and give bland things like toast etc. has she got a temp? Wet nappies? hope she gets better soon!

Hi OP. Fellow emetophobe here.
I think she just over did it on a sensitive stomach. Try to limit her intake by giving her more of a BRAT diet for the next few days and she'll be fine 😊

Thank you! Her temp is fine and she has wet nappies, she can keep some things down like porridge and small amounts of formula and water, it’s just tonight with the savoury jar, which has thrown me back a little!
thank you for the peace of mind, as long as she’s on the mend, and the bug isn’t doing round two in our house!! :)

Still not 100%, getting hungrier by the day which is good, and nappies aren’t as loose, she’s definitely on the mend and I can’t wait to say goodbye to this bug! Thanks for asking! Xxx
