One twin not eating as much

Hi all, ftm here and I'm worried about one of my twins. Twin 1 is on Hipp Organic formula and is 10 weeks (6 weeks adjusted) and is having around 28-30oz per day, twin 2 was put on a hypoallergenic formula around 10 days ago and is only having around 20oz per day. Twin 2 is very colicky and gets stomach cramps during the night which wakes him up and he streams in pain

Which milk are they on? If it is an extensively hydrolysed formula they might be still reacting to the milk.

On the flip side and I don't know what the appropriate amount for a 6-10 week old. Could twin 1 have some reflux and have a bit of comfort eating to soothe it so rather than twin 1 having the "right" amount is twin 1 feeding a little over and twin 2 a little under?
