Toddler, baby and two dogs!

I am pregnant with my second baby and not sure how I am going to navigate talking my two dogs out for a walk, along with a newborn and a 1.5 year old.
Currently I use a baby carrier and lead my dogs and let them off when we get to a field.
What do you suggest?! I have to go on dog walks alone throughout the week as my partner works a lot,

Sling for the baby and a good all-terrain pushchair for the toddler?

Off road buggy. Single or double. We had one managed the beach for our walks at home . And the hills of Scotland for holidays. The obvious question is had you not queried this before having dc?

How about a double sling? Toddler on the back and baby on the front. I used to use the twingo with my twins and carried them both until they were about three.
