Advice on 8 months diet please?

Hi, I am just wondering if I could get some reassurance on my 8 months old diet as I am first time mum without many mum friends, it feels like I’m making it up as I go along as it changes so quickly now, so just want to feel like she’s getting enough of everything, she seems happy and is putting on weight though so hopefully in the right way! Below is an average day, although she doesn’t always have all the milk in her bottle, and she also has some baby melty sticks or crispy puff things throughout the day too.

6oz milk
Baby porridge with half a banana
6oz milk
1 scrambled egg, yoghurt
6oz milk
Baby food pouch (eats at least 2 thirds), a little of something we are having (mashed peas or roast potato etc.) & a rusk
6oz milk

thank you!

Sounds like you’re doing a great job, you LO would let you know if she was hungry and it looks like she’s eating good stuff.
When you get chance, you could batch cook some meals to replace the baby food pouches and just use pouches for convenience when out and about. There’s nothing wrong with the pouches, they’re just more expensive and can have a high water content so aren’t always as filling as if you cooked the meal yourself.

wow that looks like youre doing really well. Her preferences/hunger will change all the time so when they do, try not to worry and remember that "under one is just for fun!"
