Feeling guilty for this

39 weeks pregnant , DS is 2

Lately I’ve been so emotional and tonight I couldn’t stop crying I kept trying to hide it, I’m unsure if he noticed

but I’m worried I’ll affect him now

Can someone reassure me I won’t affect his brain development? It’s normal for kids to see their parents display different emotions isnt it??

I feel so guilty for this ive just felt so emotional and down and I couldn’t stop the crying

Mum's are people too, talk to him and tell him mummy's been a bit emotional and that it's nothing to be worried about.
