Toddler tummy issues

Dd is 2 and has had issues with her bowels for the past 5 days. Started off with very frequent loose poo, Everytime she ate she seemed to then have a loose bowel movement soon after. Sorry if tmi but it was yellow ish and smelt disgusting.

Initially thought it was a bug. Then the next day she'd go back to normal. Then the following the day it would start again. I thought she was over it so I gave her weetabix (high fibre) for breakfast today and she had the biggest most disgusting poo ever.

Throughout the whole thing she's never been off colour, grumpy or lost her appetite. She's actually been in really good spirits. So now I'm thinking because of this and the on/off nature of it it's probably not a bug? But what else could be causing it? She's due back at nursery tomorrow and I know the likelihood is if this happens there they'll ring me immediately to collect her even though she's not unwell.

She has had dairy intolerance but we are working through the milk ladder and she's doing really well and hasn't had anything new. Any ideas?
