3 month old not sleeping!

Hi,

I am a mummy of 4 beautiful little girls, my youngest is 15 weeks old today and is now completely refusing to nap at all - bed time we have it down and she sleeps from 7.30ish - 8am ish with one feed anywhere between 2 and 5am religiously, for both these stretches I simply feed her and put her in her Moses basket and she will settle herself to sleep so I know she is capable of doing it.

She has never been the best napper but for about 3 weeks we were getting a solid 2/3 hour stretch in the morning and then a couple of cat naps but now I’m lucky to get 2x 15 minute naps out of her - I do try and follow wake windows with her and have done since she was born. All my others were really good sleepers and I don’t know if that’s because they were formula fed and my youngest is the only one I’ve actually managed to breast feed for this long I just don’t know 😩

any suggestions would be grateful x

How are you trying to get her to nap in the day @mummyof4girls? If you're putting her in her Moses basket, you might need to try a contact nap or putting her in the pram and going out for a walk?

We are doing contact naps at the moment because the Moses basket in the day is a no go and she doesn’t sleep in the pram either she finds it frustrating she can’t nosy around in the carry cot! But even a contact nap is only last 15 minutes at the most.

We also had the worst night since she was about 6 weeks old last night and she’s had me up 3 times so I do think perhaps it’s 4 month regression time.

However at the time of writing this, baby girl is currently asleep in her Moses basket downstairs wouldn’t surprise me if she’s just collapsed with exhaustion!
