Hi there! I have an 8 week old who was born 3 weeks early, the first few days in the hospital were tough with her food the first day was a blur, second day she would only eat like 10/15ml every 3 hours and which they told me if she doesn't eat she'll need feeding tubes, wasn't eating because the teat they were giving me for her was too big, the 5th midwife I suggested this too believed me and we changed it to a smaller one, from there she drank her 1oz as she was supposed to and we kept upping how much she needed until about 5 weeks we've been been at 3oz we tried to go to 4oz but she rarely finishes it, sometimes she doesn't even finish 3oz. She was born at 5lbs2oz and is now 9lbs, neither the health visitor or GP seemed to be concerned with her weight it's just she seems stuck on the same amount of formula for ages, is this normal?
