Morning all, our 4 week old has been pooing once every 48 hours. This morning she produced this massive load. Is this too runny or is this normal? She seems to be uncomftable leading up to the poo and after. Have contacted HV & GP but just after some advice in the mean time

Doesn’t look like diarrhoea to me. Normal for a new born but it is a but muscusy, that could be because of an immature digestive system or a cold. Keep an eye on it.
