Hi does anyone know what it could be? My 5 year old has gotten these all together some have gone away ( somewhat) and others are flaring more. I’ve tried using lotion for dryness and baby rash cream but I’m still unsure of what this could be. She’s gotten them under her chin, wrist, back of leg and hand, and now small little ones below her lips/around chin
