4 month old diarrhea

Hi, my lo has had diarrhea now for the last few days. He's otherwise in brilliant form but he's going nearly after every feed, the consistency and colour is also different. He's on comfort formula since very early on and he's just started getting tastes of solids. I'm just wondering if I should contact our gp when they open again or if this is relatively normal and will pass on its own?
He's also teething

What solids are you giving him?
Was it the HV/GP that advised to introduce solids so early?
Has it only started since you introduced the solids?

Just go and get bubba checked over, probably absolutely fine but always better to be safe than sorry!

He's actually 20 weeks now :) We started tastes at week 17 and introduced a solid a day over the last week after his lunch time bottle. Yes, I would say it has only started since introducing the solids. So far it's been carrots and broccoli

His poos are a lot better today. Not as often, one healthy (back to normal) and one just a little runnier
I can't help think it's his wee digestive system adjusting to new foods but if he goes backwards again I'm defo calling the gp ❤️
He's in such brilliant form though
