Bigger age gaps, how did it work for you?

There'll be 4 years 11 months between my two when new DS arrives. I've heard people say a smaller age gap is much better but obviously more difficult.

How did people find the bigger age gap between theirs? I'm hoping it will be somewhat "easier" (😬), with DS being at school the majority of the day, I can have 1 on 1 time with the baby and try to nap when the baby naps during the day etc.

Realistically, how did people find it with a similar age gap?
