The question they ask is will I earn £166 a week for the next 3 months? I won't as i'll be getting SMP as of next week
When I put "no" it says "you may be eligible for 15 hours" but we have been getting 30 hours for our 3 year old all year. Do I just put "yes" then? I don't want to lie but everywhere i'm reading it says you are still eligible for 30 hours on mat leave. I just don't know how to go about the question!
