I’m permanently exhausted like so exhausted I could cry, I wake up every day still completely exhausted and tired. I never have a time when I don’t feel tired. How are other lone parents not completely exhausted at all times doing absolutely everything? This is more aimed at those that don’t get days “off” I seem to be the only one that’s exhausted all the time and need to find a way to be less tired. Any tips?
