Back tingling - does anyone else get this

I’ve had a weird tingling in my middle - upper back, for over a year now. Mostly on the left side. I’ve been to two doctors, a physio and an osteopath who all suggested it’s to do with breastfeeding and picking up the baby/toddler etc. the feeling has gone for a month or so at a time and at the moment doesn’t feel as bad as it has been at times. But it’s pretty constant
i go up and down with being worried about it.
I had gestational diabetes when pregnant and admittedly have become 1-2 stone overweight since having my son 2 years ago so thinking could it be diabetes related? (When diagnosed with GD I was a healthy weight)
I also get a weird twitch/vibration in my eye when I drink wine, which isn’t very often. could it be related??
any help appreciated

I had this on my back and eventually worked out it was me leaning against a wall outside DC's room waiting for them to go to sleep. I decided to get them to get used me leaving and in a week it was gone.

Ok thanks @Dynamoat I think it may be a posture thing as I’ve realised my posture has got quite bad. Maybe I’ll make a huge effort with that and see how things are in a few weeks

I have an occasional tingling in my shoulder, feels a bit like pins and needles, which I’ve been told is caused by a pinched nerve in my back. As soon as I become more mindful of my posture and start to sit or lay down properly it goes away.

I have an area on one side of my mid back where I get this feeling! Kind of just under my shoulder blade. It is on the side I tend to feed and carry baby most on so I put it down to that, but haven't been able to find anything else about it until I saw this post. It drives me crazy!
