Egg pram and car seat

My baby is 8 weeks old and I have never been able to attach the car seat to the chassis on my own as it's just so awkward to manoeuvre and reach over to click on! It means I can't take the baby out on my own without taking the carrycot and moving him into that every time! Surely I'm not the only one with this issue?

Can you practice it a few times at home and see if it gets easier? It is often a bit stiff at first and gets looser over time (but don't put any WD40 etc on any part of a car seat).
