Any advice? He's sixteen months and non stop. I'm wiped out from having very demanding family to stay at Christmas and huge sleep regression. He has endless energy. The house is a mess.

For my DD the best thing to do is take her out for a busy morning, somewhere full on and stimulating like a giant soft play or play cafe where she can play non stop for a couple of hours. Then give her lunch and she'll nap for a solid 2 hours when I can have a snooze too.

Thank you

That sounds good, maybe I should make housework a game somehow too so I can do that and entertain him but don't know how
