Should I be concerned my baby isn't giggling at 4.5 months old? She's smiling lots and looks like she wants to but hasn't giggled yet. All 7 of my other NCT Mum's babies are, so wasn't sure if it's something to be worried about and possibly connected with a speech and language delay?
